When we first launched our Twitter backup, Twitter did not support Oauth so we had to store usernames and passwords to pass to the Twitter API. Now that Twitter offers Oauth support, we have converted our backup service to use Oauth so that we no longer have to store you username and password. Existing Lifestreambackup users need to login and reauthenticate with Twitter Oauth. Otherwise, your tweet backups will not continue. Login to your “services” page and click “manage” next to Twitter.
